1 ) Revise 16 CFR 436 to require sellers of work at home programs, like medical billing, to provide a disclosure prior to any acceptance of money.
2) Lower the threshold from $500 to $300.
3) Require "Internet Sellers" to comply with state and federal business opportunity laws
