Not surprising that the giants at the top of these financial schemes use the letter of the commercial law that they influence to immunize themselves against the claims of the innocent victims on the bottom.
Obviously, bankruptcy law and the law of contracts which are protected by the courts do form a protective wall around those at the top of these financial pyramids who can escape the consequences of their involvement in fraudulent schemes through the provisions of contracts that they know will be upheld by the courts.
Too bad! So Sad!
