LCBO Agency Store Program
The LCBO agency store program will be open to existing retailers in rural communities that do not currently have beverage alcohol service, i.e. an LCBO store or Beer Store.
LCBO agency stores will not be located in urban areas or in communities where the local municipality is opposed to the establishment of an LCBO agency store.
An open, fair and public tender process will be held for all new agency stores in communities identified as being under serviced.
