Second Cup chairman bought 160,766 company shares in July
Michael Bregman, chairman of Second Cup Ltd., bought 160,766 shares in the coffee shop company in July at $6.20 a share, according to the latest insider trading reports filed with the Ontario Securities Commission.
The purchase left him holding that number in one indirect holding. He also has 1,204,900 shares in another indirect holding.
Second Cup shares have fallen sharply in recent months. They reached a 52-week high of $17 in December and fell to a 52-week low of $6 in early July.
