The Hon. Robert Runciman, Ontario’s Minister of Consumer and Commercial Relations, has tabled his Ministry’s proposed franchise legislation.
Minister Runciman has agreed to hold public hearings in January and February in order to refine the Bill’s content.
The Canadian Alliance of Franchise Operators (CAFO, Tel: (705) 737-4635) invites all existing and former franchisees to make their voices heard at these hearings by appearing or sending in written submissions.
