Neighbor alleges threat by Pizza Pizza president
An opponent of plans by Pizza Pizza president Michael Overs to build houses on the west side of Grenadier Pond filed a complaint with police yesterday, alleging Overs had threatened him.
Boris Wiggers says he did not want to charge Overs with any crime. “I wanted to get it on the record.”
Metro police confirm the complaint was lodged.
Wiggers lives on Grenadier Ravine Rd. adjacent to a 1.5-hectare estate lot where Overs lives and hopes ot build six more homes. The property runs to the shore of High Park’s Grenadier Pond.
Wiggers said Overs crossed the property Saturday afternoon, stood at a fence dividing their land and threatened to “get” him.
The Star was unable to reach Overs for comment.
